1. Overview

Peptidex ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the Peptidex mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Peptidex, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service, including account registration data (e-mail address), usage data (peptide entries, dose logs), and device information (operating system, app version). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Peptidex application — including syncing your protocol data across devices, sending dose reminders you have configured, and generating in-app analytics summaries.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. No Medical Advice — Disclaimer of Liability

Peptidex is a research and personal tracking tool only. The application, its content, and any information provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The developers and operators of Peptidex expressly disclaim all liability for any harm, injury, adverse reaction, or other consequence arising from the use or misuse of information provided through the application. Use of Peptidex is entirely at your own risk. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol or medical treatment. We accept no responsibility for decisions made based on information within the app.

6. Research Purposes Only

Peptides referenced within the Peptidex application are discussed strictly in the context of scientific research. Peptidex does not endorse, encourage, or facilitate the purchase, sale, or administration of any peptide or pharmaceutical substance. The app is designed as an organizational and informational tool for personal research tracking.

7. User Responsibility

By using Peptidex you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions and any actions you take. You agree to use the application lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations in your country of residence. Peptidex assumes no liability for any unlawful use.

9. Changes to This Policy
